The skirt’s back is full enough to fit a full bustle petticoat underneath, and the hem is trimmed in ruffled black lace for just a bit of extra sass.
About This Item
My supplier calls this color “royal blue” – but often the color people are hoping for when they order a royal blue is closer to cobalt – so to distinguish, I’ve called this color “Sapphire blue”. The tone is close to the highlights in a sapphire stone – a medium blue.
There are so many ways to wear this skirt! Worn by itself, it’s this cute Victorian saloon girl look. Wear over a petticoat, and it’s more elegant – adorably lolita at knee to tea length, or very ladylike with a full length petticoat.
