About This Item
Most of my petticoats are intended to wear underneath skirts – but this one is just a bit short to work with my petticoat skirts, and a bit full in the hips to work with my bustle skirts. It looks very cute worn all by itself, however. Pair it with one of my fashion corsets, and you’ve got a rather adorable Steampunk costume!
