About This Item

I didn’t spare any tiny detail when I designed this shrug – sleeves are puffed and pleated at upper arm with a ribbon bow decoration, and the high neck ties in front with a matching ribbon bow. It’s a perfect match for my “Vintage Romance skirt”, available here.
