You’ll be full of lolita flair in this cute petticoat. It’s made of fluffy white organza fabric, and each tier is trimmed in black – black satin ribbon on the two upper tiers, then black ruffled tulle at the very bottom.

About This Item

I have a bit of a thing for stripes – particularly white and black ones. So when I found this cute petticoat, with a striped look thanks to the ribbon bordering each tier, I just had to add it to my collection.

It’s completely cute by itself, but for an even more adorable look, wear it underneath one of my “Vintage Diva” bustle mini skirts. Any of the skirts trimmed in black lace will coordinate awesomely. I’ve included a before and after picture above, showing the petticoat with my Raspberry Vintage Diva skirt.
