About This Item

This is one of the corsets I chose for my personal collection.  I love roses – and I find it to be one of  the most flattering of all my fashion corsets.  The placement of the panels has a slimming effect to your waist and really highlights the curves of your hips.  The roses are two-tone.  Its a technique where a brocade is woven from two colors – in this case pale grey with black.  The result is that they shine with a gorgeous metallic pewter tone.

The black jacquard is pretty much the perfect addition – it makes me think of lattice, particularly when combined with the roses.  The combination of the two fabrics feels like moonlit roses climbing a dark garden trellis – just beautiful!
