Solid Fabrics
This is my most popular fabric – a medium weight densely woven shiny poly satin. I have the following colors on hand for custom orders:

Poly Cotton
Taffeta consists of one color woven one way, and a second color woven the other way. When a bright color is woven with a dark color, it looks metallic, and when contrasting colors are used, it looks iridescent. It’s a crisp fabric that rustles when you move, and is the best type of fabric for French-bustled skirt backs.
This is a blended fabric which contains enough cotton to be comfortable against the skin, and enough polyester to prevent wrinkles when washed. I stock grosgrain ribbon trim in a matching shade to each of my poly cotton colors.

This is somewhere between light and medium weight – stiff enough for pleats, yet soft enough for flowy skirts. My supplier discontinued this fabric, so it’s only available while supplies last. It’s a bit unwieldy to store silky satin in my new home studio (the rolls it comes on need to be stored horizontally instead of vertically like all my other fabrics) so I’m hoping to sell out of it soon and streamline my fabric storage! Choosing this fabric will save $5 off the cost of your order.

Patterned Fabrics
When I make things from patterned fabric, I do it the right way – cutting out the pieces so that the pattern is symmetrical and runs in the same direction across the item. Because of this, I don’t offer made-to-order separates in patterned fabric – as there’s a lot of waste if I’m cutting only a few pieces at a time.
